NHS Patient Survey Programme
Capita has been working in partnership with the NHS for over 25
years delivering the mandatory NHS Patient Survey Programme for the
CQC and NHS England as well as undertaking bespoke patient feedback
projects to address specific issues.
The Survey Team use a range of methodologies for gathering
patient feedback including postal, on-line, telephone, focus
groups, discovery interviews and patient stories.
Capita is one of only three accredited providers for NHS
England's PROMs surveys (Patient Reported Outcome Measures), which
tracks patients' health and experience from Pre-Operative stage to
Post-Operative stage of specific surgeries. The Survey Team
deal with over 100,000 patients per annum and provide services to
over 30 NHS England Hospital sites.
Capita's Survey and Research team is a Market Research Society
company partner and is Fair Data accredited, has an NHS IG standard
to Business Partner level, have ISO 9001, 27001, 14001 and is one
of only five accredited providers of NHS and Social Care patient
experience surveys and research for the CQC.
